شروط الاستخدام
باستخدامك تطبيق «ضماناتي» فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية. إذا لم توافق عليها فالرجاء عدم استخدام التطبيق.
1. الخدمة
يتيح لك «ضماناتي» تسجيل أجهزتك وفواتيرك وبطاقات الضمان، وتلقّي تذكيرات انتهاء الضمان، ودعوة أصدقائك، ومشاركة بيانات ضمان جهاز مع فني صيانة أو نقل سجل الجهاز وفاتورته إلى شخص آخر عبر رابط. تُقدَّم بعض المزايا ضمن اشتراك مدفوع (الباقة المميّزة)، منها مشاركة الضمانات مع العائلة.
2. الحساب
يتطلب استخدام التطبيق إنشاء حساب عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple أو Google. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات دخولك وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك.
3. الباقة المجانية وحدودها
- حتى 5 أجهزة نشطة. ويزيد هذا الحد بجهاز إضافي دائم عن كل صديق ينضم بدعوتك ويضيف أول جهاز له (حتى 20 جهازًا إضافيًا)، ويحصل صديقك أيضًا على جهاز إضافي دائم. الشروط في القسم 5.
- فواتير كل جهاز محفوظة معه، دون حدّ لعددها، وتتبع حالة جهازها.
- تظهر في الباقة المجانية إعلانات شريطية (بانر) غير مخصّصة من Google AdMob.
4. الاشتراك المميّز والتجديد التلقائي
الباقات: اشتراك شهري واشتراك سنوي، يتجدّدان تلقائيًا. يشمل الاشتراك: أجهزة بلا حدود، وبدون إعلانات، ومشاركة الضمانات مع العائلة.
الأسعار: يظهر سعر كل باقة وعملته داخل التطبيق وفي App Store قبل الشراء، ويُعتمد السعر الظاهر وقت الشراء.
- تُخصم قيمة الاشتراك من حساب Apple ID الخاص بك عند تأكيد الشراء.
- يتجدّد الاشتراك تلقائيًا للمدة نفسها وبالسعر نفسه ما لم يتم إيقاف التجديد التلقائي قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية.
- تُخصم قيمة التجديد من حسابك خلال 24 ساعة السابقة لنهاية الفترة الحالية.
- يمكنك إدارة اشتراكك وإيقاف التجديد التلقائي من إعدادات حساب Apple ID بعد الشراء.
5. برنامج الدعوة
- تُمنح المكافأة فقط عندما يُدخل صديقك رمز دعوتك خلال 7 أيام من تسجيله (عبر رابط دعوتك أو يدويًا)، ثم يضيف أول جهاز في حسابه.
- المكافأة جهاز إضافي دائم في حد الأجهزة لكل منكما، مرة واحدة لكل حساب مدعو، وبحد أقصى 20 جهازًا إضافيًا للداعي. لا تشمل المكافأة الاشتراك المميّز، وليس لها قيمة نقدية، ولا يمكن تحويلها.
- تُحتسب المكافأة ما دام حساب الصديق المدعو قائمًا وموثّقًا (بريد موثّق أو دخول عبر Apple أو Google). إذا حُذف حساب المدعو يتوقف احتساب الجهاز الإضافي الذي كسبه الداعي منه.
- لا تُمنح المكافأة إذا سبق استخدام الجوال (أو الجهاز اللوحي) نفسه للانضمام بدعوة على حساب آخر.
- روابط مشاركة الأجهزة (رابط الفني ورابط نقل الملكية) لا تمنح أي مكافأة.
- يحق لنا إلغاء أي مكافأة يتم الحصول عليها بالتحايل أو بإساءة استخدام البرنامج.
6. روابط مشاركة الأجهزة
- أنت من يقرّر إنشاء الرابط ومع من يشاركه. أي شخص يملك الرابط يستطيع فتحه ورؤية البيانات الموضّحة في سياسة الخصوصية (القسم 6).
- رابط الفني للاطّلاع فقط، وينتهي بعد 24 ساعة.
- رابط نقل الملكية يعمل مرة واحدة. عند قبوله ينتقل سجل الجهاز مع فواتيره وبطاقات الضمان إلى حساب المستلم نهائيًا، ولا نستطيع التراجع عن النقل. لا تنشئ رابط نقل إلا لجهاز تملكه وتريد نقله فعلًا.
نقل سجل الجهاز في ضماناتي ينقل بيانات الجهاز وفاتورته فقط، ولا يغيّر شروط ضمان الشركة المصنّعة أو المتجر؛ انتقال الضمان للمالك الجديد يخضع لسياسة الضامن.
7. الإلغاء وإدارة الاشتراك
يمكنك إدارة اشتراكك أو إيقاف التجديد التلقائي في أي وقت من إعدادات iOS: الإعدادات ← اسمك (Apple ID) ← الاشتراكات، أو من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← الحساب ← إدارة الاشتراك.
يظل الاشتراك ساريًا حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة الحالية بعد الإلغاء. تتولى Apple طلبات الاسترداد وفق سياساتها، ولا نعالج المدفوعات مباشرةً.
8. سياسة الخفض («تجميد» دون حذف)
عند انتهاء اشتراكك أو خفضه إلى الباقة المجانية لا تُحذف بياناتك. إذا تجاوز محتواك حدود الباقة المجانية (5 أجهزة مع ما كسبته من أجهزة إضافية بالدعوات) فقد يتم «تجميد» الزائد للعرض فقط دون إمكانية التعديل، وتُجمَّد فواتير الجهاز معه، ويعود للعمل الكامل فور اشتراكك مجددًا.
9. المدفوعات
تتم جميع عمليات الدفع عبر Apple App Store. لا نجمع ولا نُخزّن بيانات بطاقات الدفع.
تُرسَل رسائل المعاملات عبر مزوّد البريد Resend من noreply@damanati.net.
10. الاستخدام المقبول
- عدم استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني أو مخالف للأنظمة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- عدم محاولة اختراق التطبيق أو خدمات الخادم أو الوصول غير المصرّح به لبيانات الغير.
- عدم رفع محتوى ينتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو خصوصية الآخرين.
- عدم إساءة استخدام برنامج الدعوة أو محاولة التلاعب به، ومن ذلك إنشاء حسابات وهمية.
11. المحتوى الخاص بك
تحتفظ بملكية البيانات والصور التي ترفعها. وتمنحنا ترخيصًا محدودًا لتخزينها ومعالجتها لغرض تشغيل الخدمة فقط.
12. الإعلانات وروابط الأطراف الثالثة
قد تقود الإعلانات أو الروابط داخل التطبيق إلى مواقع أو خدمات تخصّ أطرافًا ثالثة، ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية محتواها أو منتجاتها أو شروطها.
13. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. لا نضمن دقة تواريخ انتهاء الضمان أو اكتمالها؛ فهي أداة مساعدة للتنظيم فقط. إلى الحد الذي يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق.
14. إنهاء الحساب
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب. ويحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات المخالفة لهذه الشروط. لا يُلغي حذف الحساب اشتراكك في App Store؛ أوقف التجديد التلقائي من إعدادات Apple ID.
15. متجر Apple
يُوزَّع التطبيق عبر App Store. هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبيننا، وليست مع Apple. نحن، وليس Apple، المسؤولون عن التطبيق ومحتواه وصيانته ودعمه، وعن الرد على أي مطالبات تتعلق به، ولا تلتزم Apple بتقديم أي صيانة أو دعم للتطبيق. يجب أن يتوافق استخدامك للتطبيق أيضًا مع قواعد الاستخدام في شروط وأحكام خدمات الوسائط من Apple. تُعدّ Apple والشركات التابعة لها مستفيدين من هذه الشروط، ويحق لـ Apple إنفاذها تجاهك.
16. تعديل الشروط
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وسننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ «آخر تحديث». استمرارك في الاستخدام يعني قبولك للنسخة المحدّثة.
17. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية وتُفسَّر وفقًا لها.

Terms of Use
By using the Damanati app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The Service
Damanati lets you record your devices, invoices and warranty cards, receive warranty-expiry reminders, invite friends, and share a device's warranty details with a repair technician or transfer the device's record and its invoice to someone else through a link. Some features are offered as part of a paid subscription (the Premium plan), including family warranty sharing.
2. Account
Using the app requires creating an account by email or signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Free Plan & Its Limits
- Up to 5 active devices. This limit grows by one extra permanent device for each friend who joins through your invite and adds their first device (up to 20 extra devices), and your friend also gets one extra permanent device. See section 5 for the conditions.
- Every device keeps its invoices with it, with no limit on their number; an invoice follows its device's status.
- The Free plan shows non-personalized banner ads from Google AdMob.
4. Premium Subscription & Auto-Renewal
Plans: a monthly and a yearly subscription, both auto-renewing. Premium includes unlimited devices, no ads, and family warranty sharing.
Prices: the price and currency of each plan are shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy; the price shown at the time of purchase applies.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
5. Invite Program
- The reward applies only when your friend enters your invite code within 7 days of signing up (through your invite link or manually) and then adds the first device in their account.
- The reward is one extra permanent device in the device limit for each of you, once per invited account, up to 20 extra devices for the inviter. It never includes Premium, has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- The reward counts while the invited friend's account exists and is verified (a verified email, or sign-in with Apple or Google). If the invited account is deleted, the extra device the inviter earned from it no longer counts.
- No reward is given if the same phone (or tablet) was already used to join through an invite on another account.
- Device share links (technician and ownership-transfer links) never give any reward.
- We may cancel any reward obtained through fraud or abuse of the program.
6. Device Share Links
- You decide whether to create a link and who to share it with. Anyone who has the link can open it and see the data described in the Privacy Policy (section 6).
- A technician link is view-only and expires after 24 hours.
- An ownership-transfer link works once. When it is accepted, the device record and its invoices and warranty cards move permanently to the recipient's account, and we cannot undo the transfer. Only create a transfer link for a device you own and really want to transfer.
Transferring a device record in Damanati moves only the device's data and its invoice; it does not change the manufacturer's or the store's warranty terms. Whether the warranty passes to the new owner is governed by the warrantor's policy.
7. Cancellation & Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time in iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, or in the app under Profile › Account › Manage subscription.
After cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we do not process payments directly.
8. Downgrade Policy ("Freeze," Not Delete)
When your subscription ends or is downgraded to the Free plan, your data is not deleted. If your content exceeds the Free plan limits (5 devices plus any extra devices earned through invites), the excess may be "frozen" as view-only, together with that device's invoices, until you subscribe again, at which point it becomes fully editable.
9. Payments
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store
payment-card data. Transactional emails are sent via our provider Resend from
noreply@damanati.net.
10. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Do not attempt to hack the app or server services, or gain unauthorized access to others' data.
- Do not upload content that infringes intellectual-property rights or others' privacy.
- Do not abuse or attempt to manipulate the invite program, including by creating fake accounts.
11. Your Content
You retain ownership of the data and images you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate the service.
12. Ads & Third-Party Links
Ads or links in the app may lead to websites or services that belong to third parties. We are not responsible for their content, products or terms.
13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of warranty-expiry dates; it is an organizational aid only. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the app.
14. Account Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile › Account › Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store subscription; turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID settings.
15. Apple App Store
The app is distributed through the App Store. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app, its content, maintenance and support, and for addressing any claims relating to it; Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app. Your use of the app must also comply with the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use means acceptance of the updated version.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
